Thank you for shopping with ONE RSN. We partner with Printful to fulfill all orders, which means every product is custom-made on demand for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of preference.
All sales are final except as described below.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Only

We will accept returns, provide refunds, or issue replacements only if the product you received is:

  • Defective — has a manufacturing flaw, materials defect, or print defect

  • Damaged — visibly damaged from fulfillment or shipping

  • Incorrect — wrong product, wrong design, or wrong item shipped

This policy is consistent with Printful’s return and limited warranty guidelines, which only cover products that are materially defective, damaged, misprinted,
or incorrect at delivery
and require a claim to be submitted within the applicable timeframe.

2. How to Submit a Defective Product Claim

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact Us Within 30 Days of delivery.
    • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost shipments).

  2. Email: info@onersn.com

  3. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos showing the defect or damage

We will review your request and work directly with Printful to resolve the issue.

3. What Happens Next?

Once your claim is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • If the item must be returned, you will be provided with the correct return address, which will be one of Printful’s fulfillment facilities.

  • Printful may not require the item to be returned for defective/misprinted cases — they often issue refunds or reprints based on photos alone.

4. What Is Not Covered

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color chosen

  • Fit issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Simply not liking the product

Since all items are custom-made, these cases are not eligible for return under Printful’s policies.

5. Legal Basis: U.S. Implied Warranty

Under U.S. law, products sold must meet basic standards of quality and fitness for their intended purpose (the implied warranty of merchantability). If a product is defective or fails to perform as promised, consumers may be entitled to a remedy even without a written warranty. We honor that obligation through our defective-only return policy.

6. International Customers

If you are located outside the United States, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. For example, the EU generally grants a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases — but this does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods under EU law.
